Notes:

Previous bibliographers have called this a second state of the first printing.My own gues is that it is actually a second printing. The text block measures 1-inch across, significantly thinner than the earlier version, and the texture of the paper is smoother. Mike B gives a date of 1903 for this issue without giving any explanation. Another difference between this and the first printing is that there is no half title.
