Notes:

A colonial issue using the second prnting text block. In his description, Mike B notes that this issue has the narrow text block but also a half title, unlike the second issue/printing. However, he also mentions that, at that time, only one copy had been reported. I suspect that he had not examined that copy in person, because this issue's half title is specific to the colonial edition, and not, as he assumed, the same as the one from the first printing. I can't put a date on this issue but colonial editions were usually later than the first printings.
